Everyone agrees that this is the missing link in the struggle to give Nigeria’s innovators, entrepreneurs and creatives the best shot at reaping the fruits of their intellectual output. Enforcement of the reasonably robust legal and policy framework for Intellectual Property rights protection that we already have.
